New Patients
Become an established patient in our practice for an integrative approach to complex illness without insurance dictating how much time we are alotted

Patients who suspect they have a connective tissue problem, hypermobility, or pain syndrome will need a thorough intake and records review. (2 hours: 30 min allotted for provider’s preparation outside of face-to-face time)

Patients who have an existing diagnosis, but are wanting to establish care for medical management and symptom resolution. (1 hour face-to-face with an additional 30min of record review for the provider)

Patients who wish to establish care with me for health optimization, but do not have connective tissue disorder.
Existing Patients

Full integrative and functional medicine guided lab panel and interpretation (1 hour)

Telemedicine visit with Katie to discuss response to treatment, or follow-up on medications. (30min)

Established patients may schedule 1h consultation for new problems, or complex existing problems. (1 hour)
Consultation Services
Sometimes you need an insider’s perspective without establishing a patient-provider relationship

Coaching and healthcare navigation for patients and caregivers. This type of appointment does not require an existing patient relationship and does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Time-based fees: $150/h
